Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
There is a $35 fee charged if you do not show up for your appointment and do not call to cancel.
There is a $25 cancellation fee if you do not call and cancel at least 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late to your appointment, you can still be seen for the remainder of your time and will be charged the full counseling fee.
