About Me

Iam a licensed therapist  specializing in individual and group therapy focusing on loss and grief and maintains a private practice in Charlotte, NC.

With over 5 years experience as a grief counselor, and as a graduate of Winthrop University specializing in Community Counseling, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution.

In addition to being a prominent grief  therapist,I have presented to general audiences speaking on the topics of grief in the workplace, improving your memory, time management, and dealing with difficult people.

I am an interactive, cognitive-beahavioral and person-centered therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help you  effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your needs.
